A: We will double the sample fee basing on bulk price for now and will return half the fee once your official order is confirmed.

2.Q: Can I have my own design and adding my brand?
A: Yes. We can duplicate your design from your sample photo OR from an actual sample (we prefer actual sample). Your design will be exclusive to you.

3.Q: How about the packing and the freight?
A: Usually, our standard packing is 6-12 pcs per carton and one hat in one poly bag however we can follow your requirements. We will work with you to arrange a suitable freight solution by Sea, Air or International Express.

4.Q: Is it possible have the cargo pass fumigation requirements or plant certification inspection?
A: Yes, our products can pass fumigation and other testing. Let us know your requirements

5.Q: What is the MOQ?
A: For stock items, our MOQ is 1 pieces same or assorted styles. For hats that are produced according to customer's requirements, our standard MOQ is 300pcs/color/style.

6.Q: What is the lead time on sample and bulk?
A: For samples: 14 working days ex-factory
For bulk: generally 45 days depending on the quantity and specifications of the order.

7.Q: What is your payment term?
30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T before shipment, L/C at sight, Western Union and Paypal. 
Paypal is acceptable for sample for sample fee. Other payment term has to be discussed before placing orders.
